Watch it very carefully because it is a great story. Click on the Oct 17th power point show with George Cavey.Stop at slide # 19 and note how the Martha vein is under the three other veins. And note that the drills did not penetrate deep enough to "discover" the Martha. They are going back and redrilling these holes to prove up the Martha.
Slide 20 shows why the Martha is so important. It is very wide. averaging 9 meters wide VS the narrow 3 meters of the other 3 veins. Also, it has only a 20 degree slope which is easy to mine. And it averages 9 meters wide which is very good.
Because of its width, the Martha contributed 27.5 millions oz of silver in just 22 holes, of which 4 holes missed the vein. So 18 holes contributed the 27.5 million oz. or 1,528,000 oz per hole!
The other 98 holes only contributed 45 million oz or 459,000 oz per hole.
Listen to slides #25, 26 and 27 as many times as it takes to fully understand this property.
They are now targeting the Martha vein and they think it extends from the discovery hole #77 to the blue star located on the East side of the circle shown on slide #26 a length of 1500 meters! If the widths continue to average 9 meters for 1500 meters, there could be up to 300,000,000 oz here. But by the end of the first quarter, Ok will deliver another resource estimate including the 30 holes currently at the lab, and maybe some redrills of the earlier holes to prove up the Martha's western position, and they may have 125,000,000 oz.
They have 3 drills turning 24/7 on the Martha.
And they have the two adjacent properties tied up to drill and obtain a 75% position in the San Juan property owned by SSO. and the same on the Santa Monica property owned by Goldcorp.
They have one drill turning on these two other properties.
Finally read slide #33 and look at the peer comparison group. We seem to be greatly underpriced.
BUT we got some work to do before the market will respond. However we know that the silver mining companies are suffering from a lack of new discoveries brought on by a lack of silver exploration caused by low silver prices.
That is partly why this companys stock is moving up.
Did I miss anything?
Yes I did. Their sister company is Orex REX.V
