Personally, I believe if PAAS wants an extension they will get it and if they get it I would be amazed if PAAS let the exyension expire without producing a FS by the July deadline or by giving Orko what they want.   I would love if Orko refused an extension.  Which basically means PAAS have defaulted on the contract and then it is open season to all bidders.

If PAAS makes an offer, can others bid??   Why would Orko accept an offer from PAAS before any of the deadlines when failure to deliver the FS would cause a default and we get the project back and can look forward to a bidding war as those on the sideline jump in.

We owe them nothing, their failure to produce the FS is an obvious ploy to get a deal done without having to give Orkos share price a boost by confirming a mine is to be built.
