The Meraker property is composed of approximately 21 contiguous mineral licenses totaling 206 sq.km area in the Meraker municipality of Trondelag County, Norway.

When I think back to the damage Cope & Co contributed to by allowing PAAS have their way with the press release exit strategy and OK’s absolute inability to revive the sp, I am not holding my breath that this is a ploy to elicit further bids.

I would say this is an act of desperation with OK willing to ignore a new PEA just to move the project on.  This is two finger to the shareholders that purchased in the run up to $3 and remained loyal to OK.   It may well be that FM is the only company left showing interest and Cope does not have the bottle to hold out for the PEA. 

I suppose we should not be surprised that Cope & Co should end their tenure with another disappointment. Cope seems to have said this was the best bid, just hoping that a formal bid like this may make someone else have second thoughts, but I don’t believe in the tooth fairy.

Hope I'm wrong.
