As I have said before you have to be one or the other... a producer or an explorer... They are trying to be both .... The production is being delayed because you can give a man a job and train him but you can't make him produce... This seams to be the problem on the production side.. There seams to be no guidance, or production stats in the financial... I sent Dale the FNI financial to show what investors want to know, full disclosure... how much ore, at what cost, with what production... These simple questions are still unanswered... The Exploration side is another story.... robust success but even for the longs difficult to put into context and visualize... The result is that it is difficult for a new investor to come up to speed.... it is difficult for a promoter to promote with an empty tool box. This presents the 3rd problem..... which is confirmed by the first 2 paragraphs.... that managment lack the will to promote the company which would reduce dilution and reward shareholders... Sorry but I thought the story was going to change... it apeers to be record skipping in the same old groove... Maybe they should shut down production.... ramp up exploration and promotion... and put the for sale sign up...JMHO Looks like the dream of training a workforce from the local population is just that, a dream.
