RE: RE: RE: Cash on handLooking at the chart, which is next to imposible to call on NOT, it does appear that there has been a momentum change. Don't know if this signal will change things to the upside or if the slide has just finally stopped.
I would suspect most shorts have now been covered. The close was at 1.30 was disappointing but none the less it was up.
