Simple Reason: ..............dilution of o/s shares because of the issue of flow through shares in order to raise money required to drill some of the 98% of their claims which have yet to be explored.

The bashers are taking full advantage in hopes that they can load up with cheap shares. They are not stupid, they know that it will take time to prove up the resource and therefore dump on the company, its board of directors etc. In other words create FEAR. As we all know, the market is all about greed & fear. Anyone with an IQ above room temperature will see through these bashers.
