Actually I am a 9:30-4pm day trader who works damm hard at his job.  I do tend to invest my profits from day trading however into longer term real estate, and or speculative long term stock plays - hence why I am here.

I wasn't saying that Dougie and gang are great human beings.  I was however pointing out that the scenario is highly probable.  What is more challenging - a few native bands, or Toronto city council.  I mean no disrespect to the native groups either.   I want this project done right and yes I do beleive it could be a signal to the country on how to go about reconciliation, infrastructiure and legacy projects from as inclusive a standpoint as possibile.  

However, the natives have to understand that they either take a stance against the project entirely (which is their right) or committ to some deadlines.  14 years is more than enough to lay the groundwork for environmental feasilbility, infrastructure, profit sharing, training and workforce.  It is my speculation that Dougie and gang are going to force the issue - and soon.
