Rickford said NOT in this CYCLE! Another disappointing budget to come. Let's use the FN as the excuse. "he will reach out to the other 2 FN bands " who are not on board. How convinient. Oh well, maybe Noront management can use this HOPE rally to do a nice, juicy, dilutive stock trauche to take care of themselve baby sitting already discovered holes. The government is going to wait until next electrion.
