Noront is so close to finalizing in my opinion it's not even funny.
They just need to start mining and getting the minerals refined by getting the minerals to a destination somehow and of course with everyones approval. Simple stuff... just be fair an equitable and learn who owns the land and power. Oh Ya Ya. !!! OMG WTF LOL
