Nor should you be so sure.

You need to understand the risks and costs involved getting that ore out of the ground, concentrated and to market.

Look at what's going on at Turquoise Hill in Mongolia with Rio Tinto.

Costs are at least double if not triple original estimates.

Look what TMX pipeline is now costing relative to original budget.

And for another, Rio Tinto (coincidentally) paid a billion for Hathor, a uranium deposit about 10 years ago and has seen ZERO money back, up to now because markets changed.

Markets change.
Chromite may lose out to a cheaper alternative.
Etc, etc.
