Example:

Using $0.82c per share (trading today).......to tender yours shares to the offer of $0.75c p/s.

For 100,000 share that's a lower value by

-$7,000.00cad 

Why would you tender?
 

What's disturbing is that Noront management would rather talk the share price down to 0.75, rather than acknowledge thier shareholders think the shares are worth more.

So much for maximizing shareholder value.
