Will BHP sell their shares?

Will BHP sell their shares? Now the BHP has conceded defeat and stated that they do not see the long term value in continuing beyond $1.10, will they be selling what shares they have accumulated to date? In their initial offer I believe they controlled approximately 20 million shares and I would imagine they paid somewhere in the neighborhood of 30 cents per share. Apply the recently received $18M termination fee against what they paid for the shares and I don't think they are loosing money on their efforts. If they stay on, to what end?
