I emailed the OSC as well. Wyloo advertised themselves non stop as the preferred buyer with one of the main things being they would allow shareholders the come along and keep shares in the company. How did it go from 10 to 20% and then mail everyone a 100 page legal jargon document that says over and over to vote yes and yes but in small print by the way if you want to retain your shares, send in forms that we never sent you in this package. The average investor that was voting yes and yes did not even know what they were voting for. It is what it is but it was super shady. Bait and switch is what many call it and it is deceitful. Thanks for scamming us out of our shares. I doubt anything will happen at the hearing as there are too many jobs at stake and this will pass but it is not justice.
