RE:We have to be patienceI agree we have to be patient. However, I don't agree this is their biggest problem. Although I understand it feels that way because the Manawan keep beating the drum (no pun intended) and everyone keeps talking about it. When you take a rational view of all of the facts, this is at worst a small bump in the road.
1) they already have a strong relationship
2) this project is hugely beneficial to them from a socio-economic standpoint
3) this project is very strategically important for country/region (Quebec is 2nd largest shareholder behind Pallinghurst)
4) the Manawan are only 2k people - it doesn't take a lot of money (if it even comes to that) to move the needle
5) the ceo has publically said they have a strong relationship and that this is not an issue
My best guess, this is either a PR stunt by Manawan leaders to appease a minority concern within their tribe. Or they truly just want a few more dollars, in which case it won't even more the needle.
Just my opinion
