Were I to author the company's next press release, it would read something like "Nouveau Monde Graphite representatives and the company's agents are collectively working to finally secure a convertible "first lien" debt centric capital financing intiative, which is being undertaken with yet another recently presenting highly interested party.
Perhaps I would include "the contemplated transaction is, for now, as pertains to the company's recently acquired optiion to purchase 100% of the Lac Gueret graphite bearing lands development project and is in support of the company's intention to take Lac Gueret toward becoming a producing graphite mining operation within the next 2 years.
It would go on to state, "With respect to the other two initial integral phases of the overall Nouveau Monde Graphite mines to processed and fisnished graphite "BAM" manufacturing enterprise, the company is within the final strokes of successfully achieving the requisite phase 1 centric certification and final qualification required for Panasonic representatives to provide the company with the final approval of what is currently a non-binding "BAM" offtake agreement.
More specifically, the final qualification and certification referenced would be as pertains to the suggested name plate graphite "BAM" production capacity of the proprietary Forge Nano process module being employed for the company's graphite spheronization and coating process manufacturing.
Once said qualification and certification is in hand, obviously along with any remaining government authorizations and the securing of other relevant capital investment commitments relating financial undertakings being sucessfully attained, company representatives would be prepared to undertake and issue a final investment decision.
The company is presently evaluating whether it is feasble for a final investment decision ("FID") to be undertaken during the beginning of the third quarter 2023 and will update shareholder with respect to such a specifc evaluation process when deemed appropriate.
