Vancouver, British Columbia – July 16, 2020 – Noram Ventures Inc. (“Noram”) (TSX - Venture: NRM / Frankfurt: N7R / OTCPINK: NRVTF) is pleased to announce that the TSX Venture Exchage has accepted for filing the first tranche of a private placement for gross proceeds of $180,750 by issuing 2,410,000 units at a price of $0.075 per unit. Each unit consists of one common share and one transferrable share purchase warrant exercisable at $0.10 for 5 years from the date of issuance. All shares and warrants issued pursuant to this financing will be subject to a statutory hold period of 4 months plus a day from the date of closing. No Finders fees were paid. Insiders of the Company purchased 870,000 units for gross proceeds of $65,250.
Proceeds from the placement will be used for general working capital and exploration expenditures.
