Smear and the assertion of false facts are punishable by law

The defamatory contents of an Internet blog that is currently heavily visited are created by people who quite obviously circumvent the legally prescribed obligations to disclose publishing informations and thus deliberately violate applicable law. It is claimed that the official 48North website is "terrible, horrid bad and fully useless", and anyone who clicks on the link to see that this is a completely nonsensical and malicious statement is unfortunately serving the bad intention of these lawbreakers to generate more clicks on their lie page. Furthermore, it is claimed that the entire expected harvest is spoiled and that the management consists of "unprofessional retards". Smear and the assertion of false facts are punishable by law! It is absolutely unacceptable that Google obviously allows the operator to publish a supposedly "private" blog where reports are published without the author's name and the entire website goes online without publishing the copyright or discloser informations.

So here is my call: Please write to the 48North management and ask them to report this fact immediately and to urge Google to block this blog without "purely private content" until the operator announces his name and his obviously economic intentions. Fight back!
