Licence to grow your private medical cannabis and bm...Why ...please explan to me why is there still some licence given to people that wants to grow their own medical cannabis ...? The product is now available throught regulated sales across the country and deliverable by mail in all sorts of variety and quality ...so why would someone needs to grow their own ...all licence should be revoke ...25 % more permit were given since June ...some authorise up to 200 plants at a time ...give me a f and break here who really needs that for is own consumption ....it seems to me that the only problem in a viable Cannabis legal market is the gouvernement himself ...! If some of your read french have a look at this ...to me it kinds of explain why we no longer see illegal cannabis drug bust ...!
