They never said they had finished the work on the facility. So technicaly, it should not be a surprise?
I recall a time in the summer when they sent out a video showing the extraction room & equipment, it was said It was very quick to put all the equipment together. A couple of days if memory serves me.. Should be finished by now. But license.. I assumed they had it.
