One thing that I would say troubles me the most is that the company new of the lack of drying 
facilities way before the completion or so called completion of the harvest.
 That is undoubtedtly a material event since it does affect cost and business down the line short term at least.

 By the rules , they should have disclosed this as soon as they became aware of it.

No doubt if anyone cares, they should issue a complaint to the reguilators or call the vancouver venture regulators at 604-488-3124
