Barry Fishman over @ VIVO did the same thing to us. (I also own this). He gave out 3 1/4 million stock options in December for "certain executives and emplouees" @ 0.21c for a period of 5 years and, the stock price has been glued btw 0.195-0.21c ever since; save for a brief run-up before the uplist to the TSX before falling again ritght to were it was before the run-up 0.20.
I also own this and I am totally at a loss how these companies from the US cant' stock our shelves in canada right from the start. I expected all of it to come gushing in @ the bell of 2.0. clearly, their lawyers didnt' get that part of it negotiated well at all. this is ridiculous. this whole industry is criminal.
