RE:RE:RE:Most are doing this but good newsHey “spaceman007”,
I thought that the following statement by Bryan Carson quoted in the news release was the answer.
NSE VP of Operations Bryan Carson emphasizes, "It is important to point out to our investors and stakeholders that our future business opportunities continue to include the array of technologies under license from FSL, including its patented cannabinoid formulation process. As the regulatory environment continues to evolve, we are strongly of the opinion that we possess very valuable assets that will position NSE for significant future growth, particularly in the development of formulated CBD products." I am guessing you wanted more detailed information.
The following is from the notes of the last Annual Financial Statements and provides more detail:
During 2015, the Company completed the technology acquisition agreement, and subsequently amended that agreement. Naturally Splendid USA Ltd. entered into a Novation Agreement with FSL, Boreal and the Company whereby Boreal assigned, and Naturally Splendid USA Ltd. assumed, all rights, title and interest in and to a Restated and Amended License Agreement between FSL and Boreal (the “License Agreement”). The License Agreement provides that the licensee has a worldwide license to manufacture, commercialize and sell products based on the following proprietary technology of FSL: a) on an exclusive basis, (i) the terpene, hemp oil and cannabinoid formulation technology, (ii) omega formulation technology, (iii) protein formulation technology, (iv) cannabinoid technology and (v) the tongkat ali formulations; and b) on a non-exclusive basis, (i) the Supercritical CO2 and plant oil extraction technology, (ii) genetic plant and artificial seed technology, (iii) biosynthesis of cannabinoids and (iv) microencapsulation of cannabinoid oils. *****

answers some of my earlier questions. Within four months, we may obtain a license to process and distribute CBD from hemp. I wonder if NSP still owns "market destruptive" CBD technology or not. Lots has changed since they first announced their original water soluble CBD licence agreement. What did we give back and what do we still own? Do they still have the IP. Is it still market leading? Is it still cost effective? Is any of NSP 's earlier ambitions still viable? Have to wait and see. At least 4 months. More good news would be great, so we can close the PP, and take the money to further accelerate growth. And rev would be nice too. Any kind of rev growth would be welcome at this stage of the game.
Hey “spaceman007”,
I believe this
