RE:RE:What’s the Market Waiting For?I believe the PP is what is holding us to the .14 range, as that is what the PP is set at. When PP closes it will allow the price to be free to move as the news and facts dictate, and I believe the really good news will be held off till PP does officially close, as why put out great news when PP is still holding price down. 
It does take some time even after a PP closes to send it to the trading commission for verification and make sure all was done legally and within the rules, after that the PP becomes official. A good way to see if PP is still available is to call and ask if you can participate in the PP, if they say it is full, then PP is closed and just awaiting approval. 
I do believe that the this PP will not last long and may already be full or close to it and NSP will be free to fly again very soon, not just with previous news, but with bigger news that is held back till PP closes.
