RE:RE:RE:Appeal

RE:RE:RE:AppealNah, code sharing is way better, less expensive but I do not think NSP likes to play nice in the sand box with the other little kiddies.

For Natierra and Natera Brands...Better idea is...You sell my products on your web page, I sell your products on my web page.  Code share the skews and build and double the Sales & Customer base. That way consumers can cross purchase natural plant based products on either web site, in either counrty, and the name trademark issue goes away, and the profits increase.

Each take 10% to 20% off the top for code sharing sales of each others products. make sure each make 40% variable gross margin on each of the products they sell, and both companies just doubled their size and footprint across North America.  To NSP's advantage, they can also white label manufacture the products for the other company and maintain new revenue streams.

It's not rocket science...Sounds like a win/win to fix the problem in the short term.

(Or put your back up against the wall, fight it out in court. lose the battle, pay the lawyers, keep being a small localized BC company, make no money year over year as a small BC entity and draw your wages from by selling your annual bonus shares each month on the public market to pay your salary or consulting fees.)

Just my opinion.  Their choice from a business perpective...
But hey, I could be wrong...

Also I think they finally picked a third party company to run the Phase II trial. I still do not think it has started yet but possible may be soon from a US based company that does that sort of thing.

Cheers!
