Pros: - Owns 10 percent of a promissing alternative trestment for covid - Has very low valuation Cons: - Postponing 2019 financials - Not immediatly filling a PP at half the price of the current stock price which held for over a week. (Is the PP still open?) Is there a reason why investors are not wanting to hold this half-priced deal with amazing warrants for 4 months from pp closing? Feel free to add why a investor should buy before seeing 2019 year end

This is like VXL did. They announced financing long ago and never filled. Finally stock had run to 0.18 cents on covid-19 news and pp done at 0.075 cents and than run up to 0.32 cents. NSP has big news so far and FDA submission news alone might take us over 0.15 cents.

thanks for your comment DKM I own many shares of NSP, but im skeptical and apprehensive as since IPO every pump has rendered worst results shortly after.. One question i have is considering the PP is still open. Lets assume just for seeing both side of possiblity...With this placement being "private" couldnt NSP just use PP funds to buy their own stock while some restricted holders can

A conservative opinion, MBL. I to hate questioning the PP.   I lean toward them leveraging market conditions to maximize their position. The tools were presented, use them.   But… 5 years of that logic has put us at record lows.
