Big deal...100m at .03 or 50m at .05
nearly the same damn thing...and the PP @ .05 was cancelled. And why would they do a R/S, would be of no benifit. NSP is not seeking an uplist. What would be achieved by such a move?

It makes it easier to raise funds at a higher pricepoint bud and the shareholders dont get obliviated with every PP because the dilution is much less. I see no reason why they wouldnt do a PP at some point. Dont worry though. It will be done for the good of the shareholders if it happens. Lol, Good luck.

Mgmt had no plan, and thus no takers at the .05 PP price point. They shot themselves in the foot with that offering. Mgmt has thier s$$t together with a plan for the investment and a path foreward for a return from the PP stakeholders, and investors alike.

I meant to say I see no reason they wouldnt do a RS at some point. Not PP. They did that already multiple times.
