Any news on PP?

What are the odds PP fills?

What is more likely, PP closing or Consolidation?

I want to buy on open market but there is no catalysts that look appealing. Yes they want to buy a processing machine to make plant based meat alternative products inhouse but they need millions od dollars to do so. Without PP closing, they don't have the money to buy that equipment.

Question....why does the company keep bailing themselves out for such crappy business pratices where they constantly lose money every quarter, only to reset and raise crappy PPs that destroy shareholder value?

Why doesn't the company take out a loan against their assets ($2,027,145 worth of property and equipment)  and start acting like a private company with real responsibilities of trying to turn a profit or risk going bankrupt. Use the loan to buy the equipment instead of always passing the buck to shareholders.

Haha! Why on earth would they spend their own money when they can convince others into spending theirs with imho false hopes and forward looking billions and billions of blah blah blah statements that they have no legal commitment to follow through with? Shareholders lose money and the company insiders always make money with next to zero risk in this market. There are nearly no morals and no real ...more

100 million shares added brings this to 300 and something million shares. Borrowing money to purchase the manufacturing system and get things moving would be a wiser move for shareholder confidence. No diluting the share structure.  Once the products are being made inhouse and revenues are increasing (while paying down the loan), they can introduce a PP at much higher levels for much more ...more

Flip Flop Goodwin....where will the PP funds go...to enhance the plant operations or COVID Research.  Cannot be a two hores hitch team till you get the one horse trained.  This is my biggest concern.

is also a non-brokered offering...same as the .05 offering.  Could they not find a firm to make the deal for them? Did they even want to handle the deal? Or is the Company simply trying to save the associated fees?

Just checked Canadian Insider. Still no insider buying. There is a bunch of options 200,000, warrants 230,000 and an opening balance of 398,096 shares for Larry Gilmour which was transacted on November 2 and not filed until November 24, the day after the new PP was announced. Haha. No price associated with them at least from the info I can see on Canadian Insider. Where are the news releases that ...more

I fell for it too but wised up a few years ago when the hype never came close to adding up to the results. Been trying to get others to do their DD ever since. Good luck
