They noted that all the Sku will be produced in THEIR facility, not our brand new Nevada lab? Guess it's nice to have production in the country you're doing business but what the heck is our Nevada lab doing then...

Well clearly they weren't doing much lol. Also it's a faculty we are/were using. It wasn't ours in the sense that we've spent a ton of a money (besides machines that can be moved if needed )building /owning it.   At the end of the day why we need is execution and results on our deal(s). What I do like about this deal is it opens up a ton of synergies and built in
