Dead deal NEUTRISCI PROVIDES UPDATE TO PRODUCT ARRANGEMENT WITH GAIA GROW CORP

(“NeutriSci” or the “Company”) (TSX-V: NU, OTC PINK: NRXCF, FRANKFURT: 1N9), an innovative technology company developing products for the nutraceutical industry, announces that further to its press release dated February 22, 2023 relating to the development of a line of products for the Canadian market with Gaia Grow Corp. (“Gaia”), it has made the decision not to proceed with the partnership at this time.
