Looks like the CEO sold everything, and sold most at 1.5. And he did this to buy the offering at 2.5? He would also get the warrants, but this is bizarre.

Could this be what's happening? It would be illegal for the CEO to dump shares based on information that had not been made public. Albert sold, and will now use those funds to buy the offering

I thought .05 was the lowest you can do a pp , and 2.5 million shares is 50 grand, so either someone knows something or it's just a loose hand
