NOKA RESOURCES ANNOUNCES EFFECTIVE DATE OF CONSOLIDATION
Noka Resources Inc. has confirmed the effective date for the consolidation of one postconsolidation share for every 10 preconsolidation shares, as announced on Dec. 3, 2014.
The name and symbol of the company will remain the same. Effective at the opening on Dec. 11, 2014, the shares of the company will commence trading on the TSX Venture Exchange on a consolidated basis.
Postconsolidation capitalization: Unlimited shares with no par value, of which 4,891,923 shares are issued and outstanding
