That actually makes sense. It makes no sense that the company was spending all this money on promotion to drive the stock price and then not do a pp at $3 unless it was to dump stock imo. For a company planning to take over every optical vertical in the world not to be raising money for r & d Doesn't make sense. Alot of money (huge) will be needed if they plan on manufacturing lenses if the last interview with the ceo was an indication of their plans. Shareholders could dump their stock, buy into a pp at a lower price and get some juicy warrants if thats their plans and then the next cycle can begin. Just my opinion.
