Yes. If oil has so much future, why not build a oil refinery in Alberta, or in BC, and the cleaner oil will be so much less damaging when a tanker accident happens on the spectacular beautiful coastline of BC. Did I mention "JOBS".

Why is everybody talking black and white? Why is everybody refusing to talk about oil refinery.
