In any stock I've been in, usually Jr mining, etc... it's is BAD news when the company offers warrants at low prices; esp prices that were way below the current value. I've seen time and time again, the stock price falls to the lower price. I have always felt, if any of these companies truely believed in their stock and in their 'finds', 'drill' results and products, there is more confidence in providing higher exercise rates; means they are confident their share price will go up.\\
I know in NXO's case, these were likely warrants provided to key players as compensation; as many were indeed working for free. But generally speaking, I think my observation stands.
If they offer new warrants now, they better be over $3; or that will just demonstrate they do not believe they are valuable enough to eventually hit that price. Though I would find it unlikely for them to issue any more warrants should revenue news be on its way.
