Why asking IR when the guy is clueless about the company matters? They keep him in the dark as they do with rest of us. So he is not the proper source of the information you and we need for sure.
On other side, IR made tons of profit by twisting management mind to lower his warrents from $1.10 to 36 cents and selling them on the spike up to $1.50 last year.
Imo, all he cares is making as much as possible more money out of Nexoptic. On May 28-th, he misled some of the shareholders by posting old videos on FB page making them to appear something cool will be released soon.
