RE:RE:RE:No revenue whiners…Galvatronx14, this the problem. No one on this bullboard has ever confirmed or posiibly even knows the terms of the agreement with Qualcomm. Everthing is speculation from no deal, to conditional deal, to just permision from Qualcomm to make a separate deal with 3rd party phone vendors as an option to add ALIIS to the chip. The fact that Qualcomm has featured ALlIS in it's 778g launch would tend to indicate it is a feature in their processor and not an option (but again speculation on my part). I contacted Investor Relations to get some clarity and their response was that it is Selective Disclosure to comment prior to a Chip Maker or OEM. So no one on this bullboard knows if they have a deal or not unless they are a inside trader. Not announcing a deal does not mean there is no deal because companies can have non-disclosure agreements.
Selective disclosure occurs when a company discloses material non-public information to one or more individuals or companies and not broadly to the investing public. Selective disclosure can create opportunities for insider trading and also undermines retail investors' confidence in the marketplace.
So if someone says there is a deal or no deal, you only know for sure if you see it on the Accounts Receivable and Corresponding Cash Flow statements or it is announced prior by the chip maker or OEM. It's and old adage but FOLLOW THE MONEY. You won't hear it from NexOptic first under their policy.
