Criminal

I have a lot of hope for the company long term as I believe that the technology will pan out however what I have watched going on with the stock over the past few months could easily be described as criminal..

A stock trading at .36 c for many months suddenly gets lots and lots of promotion around a couple of early stage relationship press releases. The stock takes off with a vengance and while it is going on this "planned" run that has been orchestrated to raise the share price and encourage investors, who are very close to the company, to exercise a very large volume of warrants.

The warrant excercise is a good thing as it adds cash to the treasury howvever it comes at a price to retail investors.

As demonstrated by the history, short sales took place while the stock was running in July almost to the same quantity of shares that were equal to the warrants being exercised. Hey broker buddies, lets short sell the stock while the price is running and then trickle the shares back into the market once all are fully exercised.

The real slap in the face is that the warrants were repriced from .60 c to .36 c at the end of May 2020. So the company could actually have raised $4.5 million instead of the $2.7 million that they did.

Then, they let the stock flounder as it is taken down from the $1.50 range all the way back down to not far from the .36 c it was at back in May 2020.

Would love to know the names of the 92 investors who participated in the PP that got repriced, I bet we know one or two of them !

Demonstrates to me that the integrity of the senior management is not at all what I had expected from a team with such histroy on their resumes.

I know that they should be focused on moving the company forward rather than the share price however, there is a time where you need to step up and demonstrate to people that you care about the retail investors !

My sympathies go out to the poor souls who bought in around $1.50, all I can say is stay strong and hopefully one day we will reach the expectations and will be rewarded.

I first bought this stock in the Ivan Lo, Expedia days of greatness and watched them promote and liquidate each time warrants came free trading, thought those days were behind us.

Fortunately I have been able to trade my way out of that mess and reestablish a position at a reasonable price.

However, I am frustrated to say the least !

Bet you do, at least one or two of them, the same people giving empty hopes about the company's future. One of the people dared to share their investor accounts portfolio and guess what ... no sign of the warrants. Purchased and sold at the right moment by the people claiming the company is on the verge of break-through. How to read their actions if they have sold shares, if Daugelas are ...more

Suntrader, will the story end with an attempted takeover of the company while price is down by insiders? See these are the sorts of thoughts that swirl around in the heads of shareholders who start to dout those running the company when no communication is forth coming. I am surprised the exchange has not issued NXO with a "please explain" on the SP fall . I wonder where the defenders of ...more

takeover? management conspiracies? Get a grip guys. There is no takeover happening and no chance of a shite buyout, look at what Rich got for voice signal, he's not here for peanuts. And those warrants had to get dropped or good luck getting them exercised at the time(how many of those recent warrants 3db sloughed off get bought? 0). Was news coming, yes. Was there any way of predicting how ...more

you treat excesing the "36 cents" warrants and selling the shares above $1.20 same as loading at 36 cents and selling above the buck?! sorry, but you and us know well that these two are not the same. the risk with the warrants is zero, the risk of the loading at 36 cents is company going bankrupt and losing your money.

Gimme a break Eyenow, "Dont forget that each and every one of us had opportuntiy to load up well below the price that warrants were exercised at, and thus had a chance to sell for massive gain on the spike." You know as well as I do that there is a massive difference. The guy who is close to the company, has no risk warrants, and knows that news is coming and the company has a ...more
