Can anyone enlighten me on who would be buying through platforms such as ATS, Alpha, Omega, etc....?

Seems the last little bit there has been as much if not more volume through these platforms compared to the TSX.

Its a big scam its there to be able to control the trading...but "officially" its some other bs reason google it!!
