Rat I figured Id post on here a question that Ive been asked by someone else. 

How can Insiders who recently bought the PP possibly hope to get their money Back if the daily volume is 8000 shares daily ? 

They have 70 million shares to sell if they hope to get their funds out. 

How can they plan to sell if volume is soo low ?  8000 shares daily is nothing , may as well be 0. 

Im wondering if they perhaps know 100% sure revenue is coming and thats why they put the money up. 

A quick flip is almost impossible on any other scenario than revenue news. 

A fluff piece may get 1 000 000 shares traded for a few days but nowhere near the volume needed to sell 70 000 000 shares. 

Anyone have any thoughts ? 

The more I think about this the more I see only the above scenario makes any logical sense. 

Am I missing something ?

Well even if thats the case, theres still 5 years of shareholders who bought at 1$ -2$ per share and the price of shares is currently 10 cents per share.  They are pretty much screwed ... LOL

1212....You are correct....I constantly talk about the limited volume....But as i aluded to.....If they felt trapped that their gravy train could stop soon....that they would buy the nickel shares and treat it like a option.....but they would have the cash inside which they if they restricted R&D and overhead could simply draw from the account....They could write off the investment into the

1212....the thoughts are...some big deal coming to boost the stock price....to a level to sell into and make alot of money....ESSENTIALLY THIS IS A PRIVATE COMPANY NOW with over 50% of the stock being held by a couple of PP people.......So trnasparancy is zero....So they can pilfer the company like the guy at Pinetree...( Sheldon) did years ago and the Securities commision in that case new he was

1212  low volume....no they cant get out at current volumes....But do they care?   They can simply take Board of Directors fees for a couple of years and bleed it dry....its conceivable they could all take $200,00 a year...in April sell their controlling ownership for even 8 cents a share and make 40%.....on the shares....they dont care about the warrants down the road....in the meantime

@ RAT  Unless there is a Revenue Deal I have trouble seeing how they get their funds back.  I get they will draw a salary but to get shares sold off they will need Major volume.

correct 1212.....as i said why did 2 people only buy a PP....to get control of the company....THEY HAVE IT NOW....and they will just take the 2 million out in monthly installments and dump the shares in the open market in April...They will sell them off like the Daugleas brothers did...every month and kill the street pricing .....Watch their is no other explainations....Ask Blue shoes....he
