Convinced it sold
NXO would dilute before bankruptcy. Paul has done it with his other companies. He'd simply sell 100 million more shares to raise $2 million and let it drop to a penny if need be. The fact that Kevin Gordon and Aidan Earle co-founded a new company in may 2023 adds support to this. Their newly founded company (Velora Labs - an AI Specialist company) is going to require their full attention. I am surprised that if acquired, the company buying them should have wanted those two as part of the acquisition. Unless their newly founded company "Velora Labs" will coninue work as consultants. There is the possibility they both quit as well but in May 11, 2023 Kevin Gordon did and interview with Techround about NXO, and he still claims to be an NXO team member.

Nobody ever has that info until its released. Until then its all speculation. Once its released you've missed the cliff.

Why hasn't someone done a corporate search on velora to see who owns it. The website is useless. LinkedIn says it's privately owned and founded in May of 2022. Is it possible it's 100% owned by NExoptic? Of course it's possible because you don't know who does own it. Just sayin.

Thats a very valid point. Its co-founded by the two techs but ya - maybe its just a branch of the company thats failing anyway.

Don't over think it. They could be using Company as a Direct Service Provider. That way then could also subcontract out to do consulting.

This is a great point but to service what? They have no revenue or customers.

I'd search but I'm not paying $30 to find out and I'm not calling any lawyers I know to do the search for me. Every law firm has free access, or pennies a search, but I'm not embarrassing myself to ask about nxo. Damn1212 has no shame and knows lawyers.

How would i get free access from a law firm?

They won't give you access. You ask them to look up velora for you. There's very basic info available for private companies if they're registered in Canada. It might help their search to look provincially. I believe velora was incorporated in alberta in 2022.

Ok. I am dumbfounded with this. I would call a law firm in Canada? I am assuming one that specializes in corporations? If i specifically ask them a question you think they will look it up and answer it? I will definitely do this if its explained to me howto do it.

That's not what I'm saying or suggesting. I'm suggesting IF you already have a relationship with a lawyer, or law firms , for example you work at a company that has a few on call , then you could ask one of them. If you start randomly calling lawyers they aren't going to help you. Hope that helps.

Coolman "How would I ask this in a professional manner?" Well, you can ask him anything you want, but you're not going to get an answer. That's just the way he rolls.

Wouldn't NXO had to have disclosed ownership of the newly founded conpany?
