Auditor Resignation

Smythe was censured last summer and prevented from taking on NEW public companies and were to be subject to added monitoring,

The resignation may have had something to do with that. Stringent new professional engagement acceptance criteria that forces a rethink every year if to ensure you can effectively serve the client and Smythe is on tippy toes to toe the line on this.

It may also be benign. Did not follow my thoughts to the actual provisions they used as their resignation justification.

The good news is that while all the big 4 have been involved in shoddy work and slapped in the past....and Arthur Anderson disappeared with Enron, ....MNP to my knowledge has a pretty good record

So IMO good news for you remaining shareholders
