Why would nxo buy blade optics if it wasnt working ?  Why would they invest in Mobile lense and then not sell any ?  why would they develop Double take and then shelve it ?  Why would they release Aliis 4 years ago and not sell ?  All those are Questions for the company my Dear Friend !

I never claimed to know everything about everything  I certainly dont know why a company would buy blade optics for 45 million $ if the tech was not commercially viable. They bought it in 2017 and as of today have no sales.  All i know is what is available for all to see.  I never said they are closing the doors.  My opinion is if they are unabel to raise funds then yes

They satisfied part of the halt by filing 3rd quarter audited Financials and I think we're waiting on 4th quarter Financials to get audited or it's just

For your review, The purchase was in 2017. With shares, not cash. The balance sheet showed a huge "paper" increase in equity because of the implied accounting purposes only goodwill from this purchase
