I'm sure in the past someone has, but has anyone recently who lives in Vancouver tried going to their office?. Or tried contacting the property management at the United Kingdom Building 409 Granville Street suite 1500. Just to see if they are still there.

The address is listed as suite #1500 (15th floor)of the United Kingdom Building in Vancouver, not as a P.O. box.

Here  I urge you to check financials for yourselves  have a look at financials , Page 9 point 4  Operating expenses  Do you think an office downtown vancouver with view on The water costs 6000$ a month  and that includes administration LOL  Office and administration 19,538

Papi and DD, they share that suite with a number of juniors...incubator style...so minimum rent I expect with minimal, shared space...a desk or two and a mailing address.... Just google the suite and address and the list of suite occupants shows. Perhaps the entire floor is an incubator---dunno....but definitely shared space

It's also very common for a company's law firm , or paralegal, to use a "shared suite" or act as one for dozens or more startups, juniors, privates, and even some seasoned microcaps.

Yes they are listed on there but who knows when that was last updated. In person or hearing from the landlord would be much better.

My gosh you guys are soo naive  Youve never heard of virtual offices ?  NXO does not have any real offices.  Do you know how much a physical office in Downtown vancouver costs ? 100k per month min  So you call Regus and you can book a virtual office ... and you can pretend like you have an office and get your mail  at that location or they forward it to you.
