RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Do you understand weighted average exercise price?I decided to use your method to calculate related party expenses for another company in which I actually do share some of the profits of. It is Parkland Fuel Corporation. Last year they had $5.66 billion in revenue versus $4.1 the previous year. Earnings were $123 million. dividends paid to shareholders were $71 million.

Related party transactions were for legal and came to $2.693 million or one half of one per cent, that was less than a quarter of what Nordex spent.  The year previous they were even less at one third of that amount which would be 1/12th of what Nordex spent. 

This law firm is eating our lunch! There are lawyers who are every bit as good out there, and  will perform for far cheaper prices. It is time to get rid of Wildeboer Dellice. They can afford to avertise on the Dragon's Den, but little Nordex cannot afford such high priced help.
