(JZFT)<br /> JZFT own 44.9% of Circa's shares. Because of this holding JZFT can appoint every director on the Circa Board. It stands to reason therefore that Peter Bourgeois was appointed by the JZFT in the case of Circa. Therefore it is only a very small stretch of the imagination to connect the dots here. JZFT announces that they hold 10+% of Nordex shares. Two All Group appointees "retire", one director so far is appointed. <br /> <br /> I will certainly be ticking off my support for this new director. Perhaps if we all get together we can bring real change to this board and help them reduce wasteful spending, as well as below book value dilutive share issuances. There are a lot of really really ticked shareholders out there.<br /> <br /> Please note that after JZFT got the Circa house in order the company began to pay extra ordinary dividends.
