ANITA ZUCKER IS A GENIUS
Just like her late husband Jerry. She is also smart business woman, and is surrounded by good team. I have a full confidence in her ability to clean up Nordex and lead it to a better future.
Until her first filing (about crossing the 10% threshold) I was tempted to dump my shares. After Eaton and Crossgrove were pushed out I started to feel a little better. Now I am excited about Nordex Explosives for the nth time in my life. We are all going to do well with this investment. Anita will bring with her team the depth of business understanding and will grow it to the level never imaginable before. The foundation for that are already laid by the previous board (201002012), now is the time to execute the plan. I can't think who's could do it any better than Zuckers.
I am amazed that with this news there are people willing to sell at these prices ( 5 year lows for the stock). Not only I will not dump my shares. Now I am considering adding to my position.
I am a little puzzled by her decision to get involved with Nordex. The minute size of it compared to other investmentstimulates my curiosity. perhaps she sees the huge potential. It certainly does not appear material at this stage of development. Compared to Hudson Bay Company it is a nanocap at best. Perhaps she likes Canada. She accumulated significant positions in some micro caps (Circa Enterprises, Canlan Ice Sports, Supremex to mention a few). It also could be some personal "wealth connections" in Canada. Tim Peterson (at one time the largest individual shareholder of Nordex) comes to mind. Tim was not a real canadian wealth but his brother Dave (former Premier of Ontario was). Or some other personal connection. One name that comes to mind is A. "Ben Oni" Bruziewicz, former Director of Nordex ( of the 2010-2012 fame). Bruziewicz is quite mean, competitive chess player. And there are some strong chess players with last name Zucker and Goldfarb (Anita's maiden name). Is Bruziewicz playing chess with Nordex now? It is all speculation, but nothing changes my pleasant feeling we are going somewhere with this investment.
