RE:ReportingNordex is required to file their Annual Statements by April 30th. Usually they file close to this deadline. Head office has never been organized enough to get them out sooner. Jim Taylor would blame Tom Gannon and Tom Gannon would blame Jim Taylor. There is some hope that with the new guy we might see earlier statements, but I am not holding my breath.
I expect more positive results this year due to last year's write down of inventory. So far the corporation has not said how much they wrote down nor for what particular items. Big, big secret but why are they not telling? Are they afraid of some ghosts in the closet? Hopefully there will be no inventory write downs this year. Also the Johnex pipeline should be full up and with the opening of the Sudbury sales office I am hoping for very positive results in regards sales.I am also hoping for better breakdown of where their sales lie.
If they can't communicate with their shareholders any better than they have been doing they should be replaced by someone who can.
