Share PriceI suppose the alternative is for Jim or the individual Board members to sell small volumes at a price above $0.05 to keep it listed. eg somone sold 9000 shares at $0.07 today for a gross of $630.00 If this isn't one of the above for the above mentioned reason, it doesn't make much sense to me.
