I don`t see how this is a plus. At least Eaton has a reasonable shareholding at over 550,000 shares. I hope he is not a seller.

I see Eaton leaving as a complete non-event. He might have better things to do with his time. Regardless, none of this board has increased share value to date - the reverse is true. Regarding him selling his position, who cares? The stock has been beaten up anyway. If it stays at this level or goes down someone will accumulate (if they are not alreading doing so) and some of the sitting board will

My metrics for evaluation of Eaton's performance and that also of O'Riley and Luciani are simple. Look at the share price today versus June 2012 when Eaton got in. Even though revenue has increased, profits have not. It is my belief that the Melba property was given away without any adequate compensation as to its value. Nordex could have gone onto the property and custom milled the

Luciani must be the next one to go. Medical doctor on the board of explosives manufacturer? What does he know about chemistry? What time can he commit to serve responsibly?
