I appreciate your enthusiam, withoutbias.  Regarding your previous post, it is not hard to see a double or triple from this perma-depressed sp. If the western jv works out it should propell the stock forward. Regarding the jv, it is absolutely too quiet on that front. The last indicator related to site selection etc.  I mean, how long can that process take?  Answer: not likely this

The western JV is only a small part in the growth potential of Northern Explosives. The slow progress is a concern, certainly. By now I expected not only a full blast operations but also further expansion into other mining areas such as Quebec and Newfoundland.
